It’s ideal for cuffs and bracelets, but also works for multi-strand necklaces and for large structural work that doesn’t flex at the nape of the neck. This mechanism has fiddly bits that will create a roller-coaster ride of “eek! Scary soldering!” to “Oh, no, it’s stuck - did I screw it up?!” to “Yay!
